For over 25 years, our owner-managed family business has stood for for reliability, professional competence and customized solutions in the field of production relocations, machine transportation, dismantling and reassembly, crane work as well as in the engineering and production of lifting and transportation equipment. Our growth is based on passion, expertise and modern technology. "Thinking outside the box" is a matter of course for us. There's no such thing as impossible.
Our milestones
The beginnings
The three Bollhalder brothers found Bollhalder Autokran AG in Wil and buy their first crane in Ganterschwil.
Foundation of Bollhalder Industrielogistik AG, based in Weinfelden. Urs Bollhalder develops the first industrial assembly crane BAKRAN.
The company grows to 6 employees and specializes in production relocations and crane work.
2000 - 2009: Expansion & Innovation
Development and introduction of the BAKRAN 90S - a further step in industrial lifting technology.
Expansion of the service portfolio: Engineering & production of lifting and transportation equipment, e.g. load beams.
Sale of Bollhalder Autokran AG to the Knecht Group.
2010 - 2020: Technological development
Development of the BAKRAN 90PLC with innovative electric drive.
The team is growing: over 25 employees implement projects for our customers every day.
Expansion of the Engineering & Production division with customized transport and lifting equipment as well as custom-made products.
2020 - Today: Growth & digitalization
New Arbon site: opening of a covered heavy goods warehouse, modern workstations including training room.
Relocation of the Engineering & Production department to the new location.
Digitization of all work steps with a new overall solution for greater efficiency.
