A load spreader is a load-handling device that ensures even weight distribution during crane lifting—this keeps the load stable and balanced, even when handling long, wide, or irregularly shaped components. Our spreaders are used wherever conventional lifting slings reach their limits: when lifting machines, plant components, steel structures, or special loads in the industrial, mechanical engineering, or food processing sectors.
We manufacture our load beams from high-strength fine-grained structural steel in our own workshop—ranging from standard sizes with load capacities of 6 to 32 metric tons to custom-made designs (X-beams, cross beams, C-beams, boat beams). Each load beam is tested in our own testing facility to ensure it meets double safety standards.
For use in sensitive sectors such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, we also manufacture our load beams from stainless steel upon request. This ensures they meet the high hygiene and corrosion protection requirements of these industries without compromising load-bearing capacity or stability.

How much weight can a load-bearing crossbeam support?
Our standard spreader beams cover a range from 6 to 32 metric tons. For heavier loads or special geometries, we manufacture custom designs, such as spreader beams with a load capacity of up to 150 metric tons.

For one-time or occasional use, we also offer load crossbeams for rent. If you lift loads regularly or need a solution tailored to your specific product line, you’re usually better off with your own custom-made crossbeam.
